摘要
根据某水下送料传动系统用支承轴承的主要技术指标,对水润滑工况轴承的材料选取、主参数及主要结构参数的确定等关键技术进行了设计分析及校核,并模拟轴承使用工况建立试验台架,对设计的水润滑满装向心球轴承进行耐磨损性能试验验证。试验证明:设计的水润滑球轴承各项性能指标均满足使用要求。
According to main technical specifications of support bearings for underwater feeding drive system, the key techniques such as material selection, main parameters and key structural parameters determination of bearings are designed and checked under water - lubricated operating condition. The operating condition of bearings is simulated to establish test bed, and the wear resistant performance of water - lubricated full complement radial ball bearings is experimentally verified. The test proves that the various performance indicators of water - lubricated ball beatings meet use requirements.
