摘要 在完成锁轴生产的最后一道工序后,锁轴表面发生开裂,并且出现在锁轴的相同部位,具有普遍性。通过对开裂锁轴的断口宏观检查、金相组织的全面检验和开裂部位与非开裂部位的解剖对比分析,查找并分析表面开裂的原因,提出了改进建议。结果表明:材料中存在着较严重的带状组织和枝晶偏析组织缺陷。硬化层深度过深且不均匀是造成开裂的主要原因。锁轴的开裂与其结构形状和材料内部的组织缺陷有关。 Mter the last production procedure, cracks were found on the surface of the lock shafts. It was also found that the cracks of the different lock shafts from the same batch were generally located at the same position. The cause for the cracks was analyzed by means of fracture surface observation, metallurgical structure analysis, and contrast analysis between the cracked positions and the uncracked positions. The results show that there existed obvious banded structure and dendritic segregation in the structure of the material. The main cause for the cracks is that the depth of the hardened layer is excessively large as well as asymmetric. The fracture of the lock shafts is related to their structural shape and the structural defects in the material.
