摘要
在自动化造型线上,一般情况下,错型情况很少,这主要是由自动化造型线结构本身决定的,但是在实际生产过程中,导致错型问题的原因较多,一方面造型机本身精度影响,另外受其配套工艺装备或者是其辅助设备的影响。如:型板本身设计安装就错位,造型时型板放置不平,砂型移动时错移,下套箱时套箱内壁粘有砂块推动砂型错移等因素。因此错型问题在实际生产中还是存在的,如何避免错型?本文结合自己的生产具体情况,对于在AMF-Ⅲ07应用、研发过程中存在的一定的错型问题进行深入探讨,制订了相应措施,付诸于生产,取得了较好的效果。
In automatic molding line, under normal circumstances, there is seldom mismatch. This is mainly decided by the structure of automatic molding line itself. But in the actual production process, there are more causes of mismatch problems. On the one hand, it's affected by the precision of molding machine itself, on the other hand, it's also affected by its supporting process equipment or the auxiliary equipment, such as: the template itself mismatched during design and installation, the tem- plate placed uneven when modeling, sand mold moved wrongly, sand block inside the sand box pushing the sand mold moving, etc. So the mismatch problems still exist in the actual production. How to avoid mismatch?. Combining with the specific situation of the production, mismatch problems existing in the application and R&D of AMF-07 Ⅲ are deeply studied, corresponding measures are made and put into production, good results have been achieved.
