摘要
基于文献回顾构建了旅游服务创新影响因素模型。通过问卷调查收集数据,运用主成分分析法和结构方程模型对数据进行统计分析。结果显示:创新资源投入要素、创新驱动要素和创新障碍要素是影响旅游服务创新的主要因素;在创新资源投入方面,宏观环境的构建比微观环境的改善更为重要;在创新驱动方面,旅游企业自我改善的动力比外力影响更重要;在创新障碍方面,我国旅游企业规模较小、企业缺乏投入能力、游客对旅游服务质量的关注度低等影响了我国旅游服务创新的开展。
Through reviewing the related literatures, this paper establishes the influential factors model of tourism service innovation. And it an alyzes the data from the questionnaire by the method of principal component analysis and the structure equation model. The result shows as fol lows:innovation resource investment factor,driveninnovation factor and innovation barrier factor impact tourism service innovation; in the fac tors of innovation resource investment, structuring macroenvironment is more important than improving microenvironment; in driveninnova tion factors,tourism enterprisers self improvement need is more important than external compressionin innovation barrier factors, small scale, lacking of investment capability and low visitor' s attention to tourism service quality negatively impact the implementing of tourism service innovation.
