摘要
从服务创新理论出发,探讨用户参与的学术图书馆服务创新的路径选择,研究用户在创新过程中的参与方式、参与程度和多重角色,指出要在图书馆服务创新过程中充分发挥用户参与的作用,可从打通用户参与创新渠道,把握领先用户,积极对待用户投诉,帮助用户认识其共同创新角色,促成用户知识隐性向显性转化以及充分利用web2.0技术等方面着手,把握创新方向,提高服务创新效率。
Based on service innovation theory, the paper discusses the participation, involvement and multiple roles of users in the service innovation process in academic libraries, and presents how to develop user-involved service innovation in academic libraries. Academic libraries should give full play to users' participation in the service innovation, grasp the lead users, cherish customer com- plaints, help users to understand their innovation roles, and apply web2.0 technologies, so as to seize the direction of service innova- tion and improve the efficiency of innovation.
