阐述医院图书馆特色化建设的概念及必要性并提出建设举措,馆藏方面包括建设特色馆藏体系、开发专题特色数据库、网络资源馆藏化等;服务方面包括提供学科化、个性化、人性化服务等;最后对人才队伍、环境建设也提出相关建议。
The paper expounds the connotation and necessity of characteristic construction of hospital libraries. It discusses the characteristic construction from collection, service, staff and environment, etc. The collection includes the construction of characteristic collection system, the development of special database, cyber sources collectionand so on; the service includes subject, personalized, humanization service; to personnel, environment construction also suggested.
