摘要
构建了旅游企业的制度嵌入性对其创新绩效影响的概念模型。以四川剑门蜀道旅游目的地的企业为样本,对制度嵌入性与旅游企业创新绩效的关系以及知识流入在其中所起的中介作用进行实证分析和检验。研究结果显示:正式制度嵌入对旅游企业的创新绩效有显著的正向影响;非正式制度嵌入对旅游企业创新绩效的正向作用不明显;知识流入在正式制度嵌入与企业创新绩效之间起部分中介作用。最后提出提升旅游企业创新绩效的策略。
This paper constructs the conceptual model of the impact of institutional embeddedness on innovation performance of tourism enterprises. Then it researches the relationship between institutional embeddedness and innovation performance of tourism enterprises and the mediating effect of knowledge flow on this relationship empirically by taking the tourism enterprises in Jianmen Shudao destination as the example. It founds as follows： formal institutional embeddedness has significant and positive effects on innovation performance;these effects of informal in- stitutional embeddedness are not obvious;knowledge flow plays an intermediary role between formal institutional embeddedness and innovation performances. Finally, it puts forward some strategies to promote innovation performances of tourism enterprises.
