摘要 针对工业现场电机运行状态的实时监控,设计了一种基于CAN总线的电机监测与控制系统。系统分两部分:现场监控节点和上位机,二者通过CAN总线网络进行数据通信。现场监控节点以数字信号处理器TMS320LF2407为核心,采集电机运行时的电量及温度信息,判断电机的运行状态,通过CAN总线网络实时上传至上位机,上位机也可对现场监控节点进行控制和设置。设计了系统各部分的硬件电路,在此基础上,设计了系统软件。系统结构设计简单、可靠性高,具有一定的工程实用价值。 A monitor and control system of motor based on CAN-bus was designed for industrial field. The system is divided into two parts:on-site monitoring node and host computer, and data communications between them was completed via the CAN bus network.The core of on-site monitoring is digital signal processor TMS320LF2407.The action of monitoring node is to col- lect information of electricity and temperature when the motor is running, and determine the operating status of the motor in real time via the CAN bus network to upload first. The host computer can also control and set the on site monitoring node. Hard- ware interface circuit of each section was designed, on this simple, and reliable,had some practical value. basis, the software of system was introduced.System structure was
