摘要
在研究了电机和制造执行单元的基础上,提出了制造执行单元(MES)与电机监测节能的一体化、系统化,电机监测节能系统与ERP系统的无缝链接,阐述了企业如何合理使用电机的方法。经实际应用表明:本系统可提高企业的生产效率,缩短电机的维修时间。企业使用该系统后,平均可减少能耗2%～3%,为企业创造了可观的经济效益。
On the basis of study of motor and MES,the integration and systematization of MES and motor monitoring energy-saving,the seamless links of motor monitoring energy-saving with ERP are put forward.That enterprise how to reasonable use motor way is stated.Application indicates that this system can improve the production efficiency of enterprise,shorten maintenance time of motor.After using the system,enterprise can reduce energy consumption from two percent to three pertent averagely and create considerable economic benefit for enterprises.
