摘要
实时历史数据库是实现工业海量数据采集的有效手段,应用OPC、螺旋门等工业协议来搜集与压缩存储能源信息。钢铁企业能源管理系统搭建能源生产与消费的有效监控与管理体系,实现能源的平衡、优化,达到节能减排、提高经济效益的目的。此系统对同类钢铁企业的节能优化有良好借鉴意义。
Based on the industry communication protocols, such as, OPC and swing-door, real-time historian is an advanced software tool to collect massive industry process data, which is very suitable for the acquisition of energy information. Energy management system of iron and steel enterprise is setup as centralized managing and monitoring p.lafform of energy production and consuming, which will keep the energy balance and operation optimization. It helps the enterprise increase efficiency of energy using and saving the production cost.
