摘要
铝合金熔铸是决定铝合金制品性能和质量的关键流程,而能源又是企业运行的根本保障,为了提高铝合金熔铸生产过程的能源利用效率,研发了针对铝合金熔铸生产过程的能源监控与分析统计系统。该系统分为以PLC为核心的数据采集层,以实时数据库为内核的集中监控层以及以B/S架构设计的能源管理层。主要功能包括实时采集熔炼炉、保持炉的温度、压力等参数,采用多工序分解的方法精确监管生产过程中所用到的水、电、天然气等能源,并对其进行分析统计。实现了对铝合金熔铸生产中对能源的实时监控和扁平化管理,在提高产量的同时降低了能耗。实践证明,该系统在实际应用中起到了明显的效果。
Aluminum casting is the key process which decides the performance and quality of the Aluminum product, and the energy is the fundamental guarantee for business operation, so as to increase the energy efficiency in the process of aluminum alloy casting, this paper has developed an energy monitoring and statistical analysis system against the process of aluminum alloy casting. The system includes data acquisition layer which uses the PLC as the core, the centralized monitoring layer using the real-time database as the core as well as the energy management using the B/S architecture design. The key features of the system include real-time collection of the temperature, pressure and other parameters of the melting furnace and holding furnace. The water, electricity, natural gas and other energy sources used in the production process are accurately monitored using the multiple step decomposition method, and are analyzed statistically. The real-time monitoring of energy and fiat management of aluminum casting production is realized, which increasing the production while reducing the energy consumption. Practice has proved that the system plays a significant effect in practical applications.
