摘要
电机参数的监测(特别是动态参数的实时监测)可为判别电机运行质量提供不可缺少的数据。文中提出了一种电机运行状态监测系统,该系统由一台主控计算机和多个从单片机组成,构成主从方式工作。输入的模拟信号首先送到前置处理部分,再送到差分放大器。采用双端输入单端输出,再经低通滤波器送入A/D转换器,而后进入单片机。单片机的数字量,通过串行接口送到主控计算机,这样就大大提高了参数的监测精度而且加强抗干扰能力。
Monitor motor parameter,especially dynamic parameter monitor in real time,for judge motor quality indispensable data,This system is made up by a master computer and a lot of single-chip microcomputers(SCM),work by way of master and slave.To the analog signal that is input,first delivers the pre-processing part,then delivers the differential amplifier,adopt pairs of end input and single-end output,and then send into A/D converter through the low pass filter,and then enter the SCM.The digital value of the SCM is sent to the master computer through the serial interface.Thus the parameter precision of monitor is greatly improved.
