摘要
介绍了一套基于上位机与下位机通信的同步发电机型式试验自动测试系统,集物理量采集和参数计算为一体,降低了开发成本。给出了系统硬件构成框图,采用数字高通滤波器提高了采集准确度,并通过同步发电机特性曲线拟合结果论证了方案的可行性。经实践,提出了提高电机测试系统可靠性的措施。
An auto system which is used in the type test of synchronous generator based on computer is introduced. The system incorporating the data acquisition, parameters calculation and curve fitting into an organic whole has reduced the cost greatly, and the digital filter has improved the accuracy of sampling. Hardware constitution has been simply introduced. The systematic scheme' s feasibility has been proved through the characteristic fitting curve results. The measure of improving systematic reliability is put forward through examination and practice.
