摘要
针对柴油发电机组测控的要求,设计一种带USB接口电路的系统.以MSP430F5529单片机为主控器件,采用内置的USB接口电路以及12位的ADC模块,简化了外电路设计.介绍了系统的结构和总体平台设计、电量和非电量信号采集的调理电路设计、以及软件结构设计.通过单片机采集发电机组的各参量,并进行数据处理和USB通信.该系统结构紧凑、抗干扰能力强、操作简单,具有一定的参考价值.
To meet the requirements for performance measurement and control of diesel generator sets,we designed a system with USB interface circuit.Taking MSP430F5529 single chip as the main control device,a USB interface circuit and a 12-bit ADC module were built inside to simplify the design of external circuit.The paper introduces the system structure and the overall design of the platform,the acquisition circuit design of electric and non-electric signals,and the software structure design.The generating unit’s parameters were collected by micro controller,and data was processed and USB was communicated.The system has the advantages of compact structure,strong anti-interference ability,simple operation,and has a certain reference value.
