摘要
以宜春学院、江西师范大学、江西科技师范大学等七所江西省普通高校体育教育专业的教师群体为例,采用对教材、授课对象的熟悉程度,教学方法的使用,独著或以第一作者发表论文情况,主持和参与科研课题情况等指标,对教师的教学、科研现状进行了调研,结果发现:江西省普通高校体育教育专业教师对教材和学生的了解程度较高,但对教材的内在联系和调整钻研不够,对学生的学习特点和应用知识的能力特点的了解还可深入;语言和示范教学法的运用存在不足,语言的启发性、精辟简练、趣味性和示范位置与方向的选择几方面有待提高;独著或以第一作者发表的核心期刊文章和省级以上课题的数量缺乏,科研能力亟待提升。
Through a questionnaire survey on teachers specialized in sports in seven Jiangxi Province universities, such as Yichun University, Jiangxi Normal University and Jiangxi Science & Technology Normal University, a research has been conducted on the status quo of Jiangxi college PE teachers' teaching and scientific research from their mastering of teaching material and students' psychology, exercise of teaching methods, publishing articles as the sole author or first author, conducting or participating scientific research projects. Results show that these teachers have a better understanding of teaching material and students' psychology but an inadequate ex- ploration on the internal connecting links and adjustments of teaching material, and imperfect studies on characteristics of students' learning and application of knowledge. They pay less attention to heuristic, succinctness, interestedness, evocation of feeling in the process of oral lecturing, and improper selection on demonstration position and direction in their motion demonstratioru Their scarcity in publishing articles in core journals as the sole author or first author and lacking provincial level key research projects show the emergency to boost their sciemific research ability.
