摘要
作为高校战线上重要组成部分,高校体育教师同样肩负着新时期高校教育改革,培养全面发展人才的重任。为了适应深化教育改革,培养高质量人才,文章采用问卷调查法、数理统计法,对湖北省高校体育教师的素质现状进行了调查,并对存在的问题提出了解决途径。
As an important part of college PE teachers also shoulder important task in education reforming and cultivating talents of the comprehensive development in universities in the new era.In order to adapt to deepen the education reform,training high quality talents,this paper adopts questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to investigate the Hubei university physical education teachers＇ quality status.It puts forward solutions to the existing problems.
