教师资格“国考”背景下优化体教专业人才培养模式研究 被引量:13

摘要 江苏省从2015年开始,教师资格证"国考"制度逐渐代替过去"自动获取"和"省考"制度。为提高体育教育专业人才培养质量和教师资格证获得率,采用文献资料和比较分析法等研究方法对教师资格"国考"和"省考"进行比较研究。结果显示:"国考"比"省考"的科目和内容多,题型灵活性和试题难度加大,笔试单科成绩有效期减少。基于教师资格"国考"背景,立足体育教育专业培养方案现状,建议高校体育教育专业要主动适应与引领教师教育改革,并提出从完善体育教育专业课程设置、实行全程化分层次实习模式、完善专业管理机制等方面优化体育教育专业人才培养模式的建议。 Teachers' certificate of ' national examination' system was gradually replacing the past ' automatic access' and ' provincial examination' system in Jiangsu Province from the year of 2015. In order to improve the quality of physical education( PE)professional training and the pass rate of teachers' certificate,by using the methods of literature review and comparative analysis,this paper makes a research on the teachers' certificate of ' national examination' and provincial examination. It shows,compared to the provincial examination,that the subjects and contents of the national examination have been expanded,its flexibility and difficulty have been increased,and however the validity term of every written test scores has been shortened. Based on the background of ' National Examination' and physical education( PE) professional training,it is suggested that physical education should initiatively adapt and lead the reform of teacher education. The optimization of the training mode of PE professionals can be achieved by improving the curriculums,the overall hierarchical training/internship model,and the administration system of physical education.
