摘要 从课堂教学与实践教学整合角度出发,针对"微电子工艺"课程的教学模式、内容、教材等提出了将课堂/实验/实习3种不同教学形式作为一个课程模块,穿插进行,理论与实践彼此相互促进的整合教学模式,编写了教材,进行了初步实施及评价,获得了学生和微电子课程群其他课程主讲教师的肯定,评教结果为"A+"。 This paper presents a new teaching mode for the course “Microelectronics processing”. According to the character of this course, the teaching mode, the content, the teaching materials and teaching method were adjusted. The teaching modes were improved by the combination of practice and theory. With this new teaching mode, the Microelectronics processing course/experiment/production practices were offered for the undergraduates. The preliminary results indicated that the students and other leading teachers under the same course group held the positive attitudes towards this new teaching mode. The teaching evaluation result is “A+”.
