摘要
就《微电子工艺》课程的理论与实验教学进行了探讨。结合笔者的教学实践,介绍了《微电子工艺》课程教学内容的选取、教学方式的改革与探索,强调了将教师的理论教学、实验教学与学生的自主学习相结合的教学方式,以激发学生的学习兴趣,培养动手能力,提高教学效果。
The teaching of both theories and practice in Microelectronic Process is discussed in this paper. Combining the teaching experience of the authors, this article explores into the selection of teaching content and the reform of teaching methods. It suggests combining theoretical teaching and practical skills training with the active - study of students. In this way, the students'interest will be aroused, their skills in experiment will be improved, and the effect of teaching and learnng will be enhanced.
