摘要
采用Ansoft HFSS仿真软件对多馈源箱式微波加热器,在不同开口位置、不同数量和分段组合的条件下,进行了微波场均匀性的模拟仿真分析研究,得出6只磁控管馈入微波能采用单面开口配置获得的微波场更为均匀,不同磁控管组合馈入微波能来调节微波功率会引起加热器内的微波场分布不均匀,分段组合使得加热器内总叠加的微波场分布均匀。
The effects of microwave field uniformity on different magnetrons coupling position, running quantity and segmented combinations for the multiple sources cavity heater by using the Ansoft HFSS simula- tion software were comprehensively analyzed. The microwave field of six magnetrons single-side radiating mi- crowave energy was more uniform than six magnetrons three-side radiating mode, the different running four magnetrons radiating microwave energy to adjust the microwave total power could lead microwave field uniform- ity decreased, and the segmented combinations microwave cavity heater obtained the more uniform microwave field distribution.
