摘要 研究了钛精矿在传统干燥箱和微波炉内的干燥速率曲线 ,结果表明 :微波干燥所用时间仅为传统干燥箱所用时间的 1 / 1 0 5 ,微波干燥的最大脱水率比传统干燥箱大 0 .62 1 % .微波加热后 ,矿石表面出现更多裂纹 .在本实验范围内 ,正交实验结果表明 :主要影响因素为微波功率 ,其次为煅烧时间和物料重量 .最佳条件为 :微波功率 70 0W ,煅烧时间 90s ,物料重量 1 0g ,最佳实验条件下 ,钛精矿干燥脱水率为 6.693% .方差分析表明 :微波功率和干燥时间对物料的脱水率影响显著 . Curves of the dehydrated rate of titanium concentrate in traditional dryer and microwave oven have been investigated. Experimental results reveal that drying time in microwave oven is 1/105 more than that in the dryer at the same dehydrated rate, and the maximal dehydrated rate is 0.621% bigger than that in the dryer. The surface of titanium concentrate has more stress crack. The results of the orthogonal experiment show that the primary influencial factor is microwave power, and the following is the time and titanium concentrate's weight. The optimum conditions are that the microwave power is 700 watt, and the drying time is 90 sec., the titanium concentrate's weight is 10 gram. Results of the analysis on the variance indicate that the microwave power and drying time is the distinct influence factors, titanium concentrate's weight is the indistinct influence factor.
