摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,以及科学技术的广泛应用,社会对人才特别是各类职业技术应用型人才的需求非常迫切。虽然政府大力发展职业教育,但是职业教育中"双师型"教师的缺乏,使职业教育的发展停滞不前。因此,建立完善的职教师资培养体系,促进"双师型"教师的培养是重中之重。
With the rapid social and economic development, as well as the extensive application of science and technology,social talent is in urgent needs.Although the Government to vigorously develop vocational education, vocational education ＂dual qualified＂ teachers lack, so that the stagnant development of vocational education. Therefore, the establishment of teaching staff training system to promote the culture of the ＂dual-qualified teachers is a top priority.
