摘要
介绍了士官教育具有军事职业性、培训阶段性、动态发展性、操作实践性、素质教育性的几个显著特点,并从思想认识、队伍结构和师资建设以及培训制度等方面剖析了目前士官教育中师资队伍建设存在的问题,并对如何加强师资队伍建设,提出了科学合理的对策。
This paper describes several features of sergeant education,for example,military occupation,periodically training,dynamic development,operating practices,and quality education. It analyzes the problems existed in the teachers team construction in sergeant education from the ideological understanding,team structure and the construction of teachers and training channels,scientific and reasonable countermeasures are offered on how to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff.
