摘要
应用商业有限元模拟软件DEFORM-3D对TA2异型截面冷轧过程进行了数值模拟,分析了轧件稳定轧制时的等效应力、等效应变分布规律,并且研究了不同侧斜度下孔型对金属变形的影响,总结出了侧斜度对宽展的影响规律。
The cold rolling process of TA2 bar with special-shaped cross-section was slmulated using commercial finite element software DEFORM-3D. In the simulation, the equivalent stress and the equivalent strain distribution patterns were analyzed at steady rolling stage of the workpiece, the effect of the inclination degree of hole pattern on the deformation behavior of TA2 alloy was studied, and the influence pattern of inclination degree on broadening was concluded.
