摘要
设计了一个实时专家系统来完成冷轧过程的故障诊断．在知识库结构上采用一种多级、多元分配方式，并采用模糊推理的方式，提高了诊断的求解效率与实时性．
An approach of realtime expert system to diagnose the fault during the process of cold rolling is presented.A multilevel & multimega structure,which is applied on the knowledge base construction,together with the method of fuzzy reasoning,improves the ability and efficiency of fault diagnosis and achieve a satisfied result in a given period of time.
