摘要
针对冷连轧轧制过程这个高度复杂的动态过程,提出了一种新的仿真的方法用来实现实时仿真。它利用数字信号处理器DSP的高速运算速度来实现动态模型的实时计算,通过内存映像网与实物控制器进行数据实时交换,整个过程是实时的。试验表明,该方法能有效地进行复杂冷轧过程的实时仿真,为继续深入这方面研究与应用提供了良好的基础。
To the tandem cold-rolling that is a complex process and normally studied with simulation method,a method is proposed in some way to simulate the process based on digital signal processor (DSP). It computes dynamic models in DSP and the results are exchanged with controller through reflective memory mapped network in real-time mode. The whole simulation process is real-time. Experiments show that this method can simulate the tandem cold-rolling process real-time and it will be helpful for further study of the simulation of tandem cold-rolling and its application.
