摘要
针对带有时滞、不确定性的工业过程 ,提出了一种基于模糊预测的无辨识自适应控制方法。这种方法不需要过程的数学模型 ,只要在线检测过程的实际输出和期望输出 ,通过模糊预测控制校正无辨识自适应控制律 ,即可以对时滞、建模困难的工业过程实现自适应控制。采用这种控制方法对冷轧过程中局部板形缺陷进行控制 ,取得了理想的控制效果。
An identification-free method for adaptive control with fuzzy prediction is proposed for the control of industry processes with dead-time and undetermined influence.The control method needs no mathematical model of the processes,but requires to measure real output and expectant output of processes on-line.The adaptive control of the processes with dead-time and undetermined influence is achieved while the control rule is adjusted with fuzzy predictive control.When the control algorthm is used to control strip partial shape in cold rolling process,result shows that the control performance is satisfactory.
