摘要
采用L-苏氨酸基因工程菌FCD13进行摇瓶发酵工艺的研究,经研究表明,种子培养基配方对发酵有较大影响,最佳种子培养基配方为:蔗糖30.0(g/L)、碳酸钙35.0(g/L)、硫酸铵10.0(g/L)、磷酸二氢钾2.0(g/L)。最优的摇瓶发酵条件为:250mL三角瓶中装液量为20mL;接种量5%;摇床温度37℃;摇床转速240 r/min。
Using L -threonine genetically engineered bacteria FCD13 to shake flask fermentation process, the research shows that seed medium formula has greater influence on fermentation, the best seed medium formula were: sucrose 30.0 (g/L), calcium carbonate 35.0 ( g/L), ammonium sulfate 10.0 ( g/L), potassium dihydrogen phosphate 2.0 (g/L). The optimal shake flask fermentation conditions were 20mL loading liquid quantity in 250mL triangle flask; the inoculation content 5% ; the table temperature 37℃ and the speed 240r/min.
