摘要 为了研究蜗轮蜗杆装置的疲劳特性,设计了一套蜗轮蜗杆疲劳测试试验台,通过一系列试验能准确测量出蜗轮蜗杆的疲劳寿命;在此基础上建立该控制系统数学模型,并对控制系统进行MATLAB仿真;实验表明,其精度满足要求,并且系统工作稳定可靠。 In order to research the fatigue properties of the worm gear device, designed a test bench of fatigue test based on the worm gear, through a series experiments and measure the fatigue life of worm gear accurately. Based on this we establish the control system mathe matical modeling to simulate the control system by using MATLAB. The actual experiments showed that the precision meet the require ments, and the system is stable and reliable.
