摘要
先秦民本管理思想对于当下民营企业管理具有重要的启示意义。首先,以人为本的民本思想,为民营企业人性化管理提供了重要参考。其次,和谐经营的原始生态管理哲学,是民营企业实施生态管理战略的理论基础。
Peopleoriented management thought in preQin has important implications for the present pri vate enterprise management. Firstly, peopleoriented thought, provides important reference for humanized management in private enterprises. Secondly, the harmonious operation of the original ecomanagement philosophy is the theoretical basis of ecomanagement strategy of private enterprises.
