摘要 目的探讨跨膜蛋白16A(TMEM16A)在原发性高血压患者肠系膜动脉血管平滑肌细胞中的表达和意义。方法运用westernblot技术对比检测高血压组和正常组的肠系膜动脉平滑肌细胞上TMEME16A的表达情况。结果①人的肠系膜动脉血管平滑肌细胞存在TMEM16A;②高血压组患者TMEM16A表达明显下降(IOD:1.228±0.108,P=0.009)。结论原发性高血压患者的肠系膜动脉血管平滑肌的TMEME16A表达下降,提示TMEME16A可能参与原发性高血压的发生过程。 Objective To identify the expression of Transmembrane protein 16A (TMEM16A) in mesen-teric artery smooth muscle ceils from patients with essential hypertension and to explore its potential role in essen-tial hypertension disease. Methods The expression of TMEM16A in mesenteric artery smooth muscle cells from the two groups between the hypertensions and the non-hypertentions by western blot technique were compared. Results (1)TMEM16A existed in human mesenteric artery vascular smooth muscle calls. (2)The expression of TMEM16A was significantly decreased in the group with hypertension (IOD: 1.228±0.108, P=0.009). Conclu-sion The expression of TMEM16A is significantly decreased in the group with hypertension, it is indicate TMEME16A may participate the onset of hypertension.
