TMEM16A调控血管平滑肌功能的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 钙激活性氯离子通道(CaCC)存在于多种不同组织中,介导了众多的生理病理过程。跨膜蛋白16A(TMEM16A)为CaCC重要的分子基础,主要表达于血管平滑肌细胞,影响血管重塑。对TMEM16A进行研究可以为多种疾病提供新的治疗靶点。本文就TMEM16A的分子结构、TMEM16A在血管平滑肌细胞中的表达以及调节血管平滑肌细胞的作用机制等进行综述。
