摘要
【目的】建立反相高效液相色谱法对精嗯唑禾草灵和吡唑解草酯乳油进行快速分析。【方法】使用配备了瑞典Kromasil100—5-C18不锈钢色谱柱的日本岛津10-A VP Plus高效液相色谱仪,利用反相高效液相色谱法测定精嗯唑禾草灵和吡唑解草酯乳油含量,选用体积比为30:70的甲醇一水溶液为流动相;流速控制在1.0mL/min;柱温:室温(要求实验过程中温差变化小于2℃);230nm的检测波长;进样体积20μL。【结果】在0.5—1000mg/L范围内精嗯唑禾草灵和吡唑解草酯线性关系良好,平均回收率为101.51%和101.07%,精嘿唑禾草灵的相对标准偏差为0.0465%,吡唑解草酯的相对标准偏差为0.0145%。【结论】该方法可快速测定除草乳油中精曝唑禾草灵和吡唑解草酯的含量,具有实验成本低、快速、简便、准确、精密度好、方法新颖等优点。
[Aims] A testing method for rapid content determination of fenoxaprop-p-ethyl and mefenpyr-diethyl in EC was developed by RP-HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography). [Methods] The samples were analyzed on SHIMADZU 10-A VP Plus HPLC with Sweden Kromasil 100-5-C18 stainless steel HPLC column and UV detector at 230 nm, using methanol and water (30 : 70, by vol) as mobile phase by reverse phase HPLC; the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; the column temperature was room temperature (temperature changes in requirements of the experimental process was less than 2℃); and the injection volume was 20 μL. [Results] Fenoxaprop-p-ethyl and mefenpyr-diethyl had good linear relationship at 0.5-1 000 mg/L, the average recovery were 101.51 and 101.07%, RSD were 0.0465 and 0.0145%. [Conclusions] This method could rapidly determine fenoxaprop-p-ethyl and mefenpyr-diethyl content in EC, with the charateristic of low experiment cost, fast, simple, accurate, precise and novel.
