氟唑磺隆与炔草酯在小麦及土壤中的降解动力学研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用高效液相色谱法和田间试验法,研究了氟唑磺隆与炔草酯及代谢物炔草酸在小麦及土壤中的降解行为,并对氟唑磺隆和炔草酯、炔草酸同时进行检测,以期为安全施药提供依据。结果表明,氟唑磺隆和炔草酯在植株和土壤中的降解动态均满足一级降解动力学过程,半衰期分别为2.5~4.4 d和3.0~5.0 d。该分析方法操作简单,精密度、准确度和灵敏度均符合农药残留检测要求。 The degradation behavior of flucarbazone and clodinafop-propargyl in wheat and soils was studied by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and field experiment.The contents of flucarbazone,clodinafop-propargyl and clodinafop acid were detected at the same time to provide basis for safe application of pesticides.The results showed that the degradation dynamics of flucarbazone and clodinafop-propargyl in plant and soil all met the first-degree dynamics matrix and constant with the half-life of 2.5~4.4 and 3.0~5.0 days,respectively.This analytical method was simple in operation,and its precision,accuracy and sensitivity were accordance with the requirements of the pesticide residue standards.
