摘要
建立了一种在同一色谱条件下测定13%氟唑磺隆·炔草酯可湿性粉剂中各组分含量的分析方法。采用C18反相色谱柱进行分离、测定。结果表明:该方法所测在80~1800ug/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数R在0.9993~0.9997。在30—100g/L加标浓度范围内,回收率为99.2%~101.2%之间,测得加标的相对标准偏差0.2%~0.9%之间。该方法快速、简便、分离效果好、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好。
The research aimed to establish a HPLC method for the determination of Flucarbazone - Na* Clodinafoppropargyl 13% WP. The HPLC conditions was established by using C18 reversed phase - column. Through separation and determination of liquid chromatography of the specimen of Flucarbazone -Na,Clodinafop -propargyl . The analysis showed that good the linearity in the range of 80 -1800 ug/ L with the correlation coefficient between 0.9993 - 0.9997. The average recoveries ranged from 99.2% - 101.2% with the relative standard (RSD) between0.2% -0.9% at the spiking levels of 30 - 100 ug/ L. The method had the advantages of convenience , fast speed , good separation, high precision and accuracy, and fine linear correlations.
