摘要 本文研究了小麦和土壤中二氯吡啶酸残留量的气相色谱分析方法。当样品中二氯吡啶酸的添加浓度为0.01、0.1、1.0mg/kg时,样品的平均回收率为86.2%~100.4%,变异系数为2.76%~10%;该方法的最小检出量为1.25×10-11g,最低检测浓度为0.001mg/kg。 The residue of clopyralid in wheat and soil was determined by GC-ECD. The average recoveries with clopyralid rates of 0.01, 0.1and 1.0mg/kg were from 86.2% to 100.4%, and the coefficients of variation were from 2.76% to 10%. The minimum detectable quantity was 1.25×10^-11g and the minimum detectable concentration of various sample was 0.001mg/kg.
