摘要
本文以刚体动力学为基础,建立单轴对称水果在输送过程中的动力学方程,利用李雅普诺夫V函数进行稳定性分析,表明水果在原点处是稳定的.设计了专门的水果输送定向试验装置,借助于高速摄像机对单轴对称水果输送过程定向进行全程监测、评价,选取典型的单轴对称水果杏果在定向装置上进行正交试验,得出加持输送带入口宽度为25 mm,加持输送带速度为13.2 m/min,杏果实横径为34~35 mm时为较优组合.
This paper is based on rigid body dynamics, the kinetic equation of monosymmetrical fruits in conveying process is established and analyzed using the stability of Lyapunov V-function. The result shows that fruit is stable at the origin. Designing technical fruit convey orientation test device,to the uniaxial symmetry fruit conveying process for the entire monitoring, evaluation by means of a high-speed camera, and select the typical monosymmetrical fruit apricot doing orthogonal experiment in the conveying device, it comes to that blessing conveyor belt inlet width of 25mm, blessing the conveyor speed 13.2m/min,apricot fruit transverse diameter of 34-35 mm is the better combination.
