摘要
介绍了苹果定向输送机构的定向原理,利用Solidworks建立定向机构的仿真模型,并导入ADAMS/View中,对模型添加驱动运动副,施加驱动、约束及接触力,对定向输送机构进行动力学仿真分析。由仿真分析结果可得,将定向机构中皮带属性由刚性替换柔性体皮带后,提升了机构皮带运动的稳定性,对苹果在定向机构内运动状态及各部件对苹果的受力情况进行了分析,为苹果定向输送机构的改进和完善提供理论参考。计算分析结果表明该定向机构设计合理,能满足实际工况的需要。
Describes the principle of apple oriented mechanism,and the simulation model of orientation mechanism is set up by SolidWorks,Imports in ADAMS/View,adds deputy campaign,drivers,constraints and contact force to the model,and dynamically carries on simulation analysis of apple oriented mechanism.The simulation results can be obtained,the orientation mechanism is replaced by a rigid belt attribute flexible body belt,to enhance the stability of belt movement,the motion state of apple in the orientation mechanism and the parts of apple's force are analyzed.The research often significant parameters for optimizing the design of apple oriented mechanism,to provide a theoretical reference.The calculation results show that the orientation mechanism design is reasonable,and fit for purpose of actual working conditions.
