摘要
核果类水果主要是指桃、杏、李、山楂、红枣及橄榄等.它们在水果总产量中占有较大比例.以它们为原料,加工成饮料、罐头、果脯及果干制品时,去核作业是一项十分重要的前处理工序.以往,主要采用人工作业,不仅占用大量的劳力,劳动强度大,生产效率低,且产品质量难以控制.因此,实行水果去核的机械化作业是一种必然的发展趋势.
In this article,national and international situation of drupe fruit pitting equipment is set forth, Fruit pitting is an important procedure in fruit process. With excellent pitting equipment,we can save labor, promote productirity, get high pitting rate and guarantee product quality. Two kinds of pitting machine which is newly developed and is suitable for our country are recommended, one is suitable for easy pitting fruit,such as peach,apricot,plum etc. another is for stick-pit peach.
