摘要
机械化切分番茄在农产品加工生产上具有重要意义。沿番茄的长轴线将番茄切分为均匀的两瓣,是番茄制干加工的重要前期处理工序,自动定向是番茄切分顺利进行的必要条件。本文分析了番茄切分机的定向和切分工作原理,为番茄切分机整机的设计和改进提供了理论基础。
It's a very important pre-process for halving tomato along it's longitude in dried tomato industry. The automatic orientation for tomato becomes a necessary requirement in tomato processing. It's a meaningful thing for cutting tomato with mechanization equipments. Based on the tomato cutting process and subject research of the study, through investigation analysis, theory analysis and experiment search, the orientation principle and cntting-principle have been carry out. Those pre-works provide experiment foundation for design and application of tomato cutting machine.
