摘要
目前,我国正处于经济结构转型的关键时期,企业所面临的国际国内环境发生着巨大变化,企业如何在白热化的竞争中立于不败之地,这就需要进行企业家精神的践行。企业家的角色顺应着时代的召唤,发生了翻天覆地的变化,企业家精神对我国经济的提升也发挥着越来越大的作用,因此,对企业家精神的研究刻不容缓。本文基于我国经济结构转型下的宏观环境,探讨了我国企业家精神的现状,并分析了企业家精神在经济结构转型中的作用。
At present,our country is in the key period of economic structure transformation,international and domestic environment the enterprise facing has also changed,how the enterprise in heated competition to be in an invincible position,we need to practice the spirit of the entrepreneur.The roles of entrepreneurs complying with the call of The Times have undergone earth-shaking changes,entrepreneurship also exerts more and more effect on our country＇s economic ascension.Therefore,studying the spirit of the entrepreneur is urgent.This article is based on the macro environment of China＇s economic structure transformation and probes into the present situation of Chinese entrepreneurship,what＇s more,this paper analyze the affect of entrepreneurship in the economic structure transformation.
