摘要
在不确定的商业环境中,作为重要战略资源的企业家精神是企业发展的助推器。本文从纵向历史分析角度对华为、阿里巴巴和海尔三个企业进行扎根分析,构建了企业家精神演进视角的企业成长机理模型。结论表明,企业成长的路径为“企业家精神—组织能力—企业成长”,企业家精神在推动企业成长的过程中表征维度为冒险精神、创新精神、主动精神和开放合作精神,且逐渐从个体层次扩展到组织层次。本文对推动企业积极成长提供了指导意义。
In the uncertain business environment,as the indispensable strategic resources of enterprises,entrepreneurship is the booster of enterprise growth.From the perspective of historical analysis,exploring the growth mechanism of Huawei,Alibaba and Haier to construct the enterprise growth model considering the influence of entrepreneurship based on the Grounded theory.The results show that the key representation dimensions of entrepreneurship are different in different stages of enterprise growth,and gradually extend from the individual level to the enterprise.Secondy,the endogenous path of enterprise growth is“entrepreneurship-organizational ability-enterprise growth”.This study provides positive guiding for enterprises to promote enterprise growth from the perspective of entrepreneurship.
