摘要
区域自身发展能力是推动现代城市建设、地区持续发展的驱动力,而企业家精神是增强区域发展能力的内在核心。在企业家精神内涵界定的基础上,依托钱学森"大成智慧"学构建企业家精神智慧的思维范式,将企业家精神分为2个维度:低层次的企业家精神、高层次的企业家精神;同时,系统地从个人层次、企业层次、社会层次探讨区域企业家精神的路径演化逻辑,旨在为深入研究企业家精神提供新视角,使企业家精神能在区域可持续发展过程中发挥重要作用。
Regional development ability is the core of the regional economic development, however, entrepreneurship is the internal motivation to enhance the capacity of regional development. Based on the connotation definition of entrepreneur- ship, relying on Qian Xuesen＇s ＂Metasynthetic Wisdom＂, this paper establishes the thinking paradigm of entrepreneurship wisdom, which can be divided into two dimensions： lower level of entrepreneurship, high level of entrepreneurship. At the same time, the article systematieally discusses the regional entrepreneurship evolution logic from individual dimension, en- terprise dimension and social dimension. The paper provides a new perspective about further re;search on entrepreneurial spirit so that entrepreneurship can play an important role in the process of regional sustainable development.
