摘要
目的研究麸炒枳壳配方颗粒的高效液相特征图谱,为其质量控制提供可靠的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Megres5-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-4%冰醋酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为280 nm。结果初步建立了麸炒枳壳配方颗粒的高效液相特征图谱,共确定出4个特征峰。结论高效液相特征图谱为麸炒枳壳配方颗粒的质量控制提供了一种准确、快捷的新方法。
Objective To establish the HPLC characteristic chromatogram of Bran Frying Fructus Aurantii Dispensing Granules to provide the reliable method for its quality control.Methods The chromatograms were obtained using the Megres5-C 18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-4% glacial acetic acid aqueous solution was used for gradient elution.The column temperature was 30 ℃.The flow rate and detection wavelength were set at 1.0 mL / min and 280 nm,respectively.Results The HPLC characteristic chromatogram of Bran Frying Fructus Aurantii Dispensing Granules was preliminarily established and 4 main marker peaks were selected in the standard characteristic chromatogram.Conclusion The HPLC characteristic chromatogram may provide a new method for controlling the quality of Bran Frying Fructus Aurantii Dispensing Granules,and also may provide an accurate and rapid tool for identifying unknown sample of Bran Frying Fructus Aurantii Dispensing Granule.
