摘要
目的建立麸炒枳壳配方颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定麸炒枳壳配方颗粒中柚皮苷含量。结果用薄层色谱鉴别的供试品色谱中,在与枳壳对照药材色谱和橙皮苷对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点,且各斑点清晰可辨。采用高效液相色谱法建立了麸炒枳壳配方颗粒中柚皮苷含量测定方法,结果表明柚皮苷在0.104 7~2.094 0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9)。平均回收率为98.74%(RSD=1.92%,n=6)。结论该方法准确、简便,重现性好,可有效地控制麸炒枳壳中药配方颗粒的质量。
Objective To establish quality standard of Aurantii Fructus Praeparatus dispensing granule. Methods The thin-layer chromatography (TLC) was adopted for qualitative identification, HPLC analysis was carried out to determine naringin content in Aurantii Fructus Praeparatus. F^sults The distinct same color spots in the chromatogram obtained with the test solution corresponded in position and color with the spots in the chromatogram obtained with the reference crude drug solution and reference substance naringin solution. The linear range of naringin was 0. 104 7 - 2. 094 0 I^g( r = 0. 999 9), the average recoveries were 98.74 % ( RSD = 1.92%, n = 6). Conclusion The method is accurate, credible, and with good repeatability, it can provide reference evidence for quality control of Aurantii Fructus Praeparatus dispensing granules.
