摘要
在医学生职业素养教育中,学生主体性教育模式可以增加学生对职业教育的认同,形成对课堂教学中不足的自觉补充,也在此过程中完成自己对于职业素养的再审视,深入并强化了对职业素养的理解。但学生主体性教育模式也存在内容选择性,其可传递性和可复制性存疑,需要其他教育模式的补充。
In the professionalism education of medical students,the education mode of student subjectivity can strenghtem increasing the self-identity.It is also a consciously complement of deficiency of the classroom teaching.During these process,students can also reevaluate themselves and get a deeper understanding of the professionalism.But this kind of education mode is content selected because of the students' subjective,and with the problem of continuity and repeatability,so it is not an alternative approach for classroom education.
