公立三甲医院护士情绪智力对工作绩效的影响

Study on the impact of emotional intelligence on job performance of nurses in public third grade class hospitals

摘要 目的探讨沟通技能在公立三甲医院护士情绪智力与工作绩效间的中介作用。方法采用情绪智力量表、利物浦沟通技能问卷、工作绩效量表对1010名护士进行调查。结果相关分析表明,情绪智力与工作绩效呈显著正相关,沟通技能与工作绩效呈显著正相关,情绪智力与沟通技能呈显著正相关;中介作用检验结果表明:情绪智力通过沟通技能到工作绩效这条中介路径显著。结论沟通技能在护士情绪智力对工作绩效中存在中介效应。 Objective To explore the mediating role of communication skills in emotional intelligence and job performance of nurses in public third grade class hospitals.Methods One thousand and ten nurses were investigated with Emotional Intelligence Scale,Liverpool Communication Skills Questionnaire and Job Performance Scale.Results The correlation analysis showed that emotional intelligence was positively correlated with job performance,communication skills were positively correlated with job performance,and emotional intelligence was positively correlated with communication skills.Conclusion Communication skills have mediating effects on nurses’emotional intelligence and job performance.
