摘要
教师专业发展是目前国内外教育研究的重点和热点,它已成为当前我国教育改革关注的焦点,此外英语学科作为我国教学中的核心学科决定了对英语教师专业发展研究的重要性。而青年教师是学校发展的未来,其专业素质发展的好坏直接影响到教育的水平和质量。
The professional development of instructors is presently the researching hot issue home and broad,which has become the focus of education reform.As a key discipline in education,English teaching emphasizes the significance of the research on the professional development of English instructors.Young teachers are the future of the school development,whose professional teaching quality directly influences the level and quality of the education.The thesis puts forward effective measures for professional development of young English teachers,in order to promote young English teacher＇s self-improvement,teaching experience and teaching quality.
