摘要
教师队伍是一个大学最根本的竞争力。本文通过定量和定性的方法,以大学英语教师专业发展现状为切入点,运用问卷调查、深度访谈以及个案分析等多维手段调查目前大学英语教师专业发展需求、校本为教师提供的专业发展途径以及激励措施,通过对调研结果的分析与反思,探索构建关注大学英语教师内在需要的专业发展协同创新激励机制。
Teaching team is the most critical factor of colleges' development. This article discusses the construction of collective and innovative excitation mechanism. By quantitative and qualitative analysis, we use questionnaire, interview and case study to do empirical research on what the English teachers really need in professional development and the way to develop offered by their universities. On the basis of data analysis, we are attempt to explore the better excitation mechanism focusing on the inner needs of English teachers in university.
