摘要
就某车型配备三缸发动机整车振动过大的问题,对悬置系统进行改进设计,分析动力总成及悬置系统参数。通过建立目标函数,利用能量解耦法,对悬置刚度进行计算和优化,使该车的整车振动状况得到较大改善。
According to the problem of excessive vibration of a vehicle equipped with one three-cylinder engine,the authors improve the design of the mounting system and analyze the parameters of the powertrain and its mounting system.By means of establishing the objective function and using energy decoupling method,they optimize the mounting stiffness.And the vehicle vibration is improved.
